WHY US
Our Green Spaces
EYFS Curriculum
At Little Treehouse, we believe in providing children with the best possible foundation for lifelong learning. Our thoughtfully designed programme is rooted in the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, which sits at the heart of our approach to early childhood education.
Our qualified and experienced team also draws inspiration from the Reggio Emilia approach and Montessori methodology, creating a rich learning environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover, create, and develop at their own pace.
At Little Treehouse, we believe in best practices and have developed a unique and stimulating program for our children. The British Early Years Foundation Stages (EYFS) Curriculum is at the core of our pedagogy. Our qualified team also draws inspiration from the Reggio Emilia approach, the Montessori methodology, and the Green School initiative.
Explore Outdoors
Green Outdoor Spaces
Your child will be immersed in greenery from the first step into our little oasis. Whether it’s exploring barefoot on the sand, feeling the cool water between their fingers, or searching for mini beasts and little creatures in the grass, our gardens provide Little Treehouse children with many opportunities for fun!
Explore Indoors
Stimulating Classrooms
We believe that the child’s environment is the Third Teacher. Each element has been carefully designed with utmost care to support the child’s learning. Our classrooms are warm and inviting, featuring high ceilings and an abundance of natural light.

Sustainability
Little Green Footprints
We believe children develop a natural connection with the world around them through everyday experiences. At Little Treehouse, children are encouraged to care for nature, make thoughtful choices, and discover how small actions can make a difference.
Through gardening, planting, composting, recycling, cooking, and exploring the natural world, sustainability becomes a meaningful part of everyday learning.
Learning sustainability starts with everyday practice. Children will learn how to live in harmony with nature from a young age and carry this eco-consciousness thread lifelong.
Sustainable practices in our daily routine day-to-day activities include:
Embracing learning opportunities and embodying sustainability in our design and day-to-day operations:
Nutritious Plant-Based Approach
Why go plant based?
We chose to go plant based to avoid the unwanted hormones and chemicals hidden in the meat industry. With a bigger demand for healthy food in the world, plant based living is the future!
Our meals are prepared on site by our in-house chef in our fully equipped on-site kitchen. In planning the menu we take account of individual dietary needs and aim to provide both a nutritious and varied range of meals and snacks.
